Trail running is not just a physical challenge, but a mental and emotional one as well. In this episode of the Trail Runners Association of Hong Kong podcast, Steve Corry sits down with Jo Lodder to discuss his upcoming Run for Freedom Challenge, where he will be running five trails in five days to raise awareness and funds for two important charities.
Jo shares his story of how he got into trail running and what drives his passion for it. He explains that after a personal loss, he found solace and a sense of freedom in the mountains and the trails. This sparked his desire to give back to the community and help those in need.
